What animation means to us

Animation.
It’s one of humanity’s greatest creations, the power to reach into your own mind and bring our ideas to life in billions of different ways. It allows us to create settings, characters, items and much more that wouldn’t be possible in our rather mundane real world.

I’m sure we’ve all seen by now the most creative uses of animation since the early 1920s from the amazing minds of people such as Walt Disney himself. He found ways of unlocking his own imagination to create stories and characters that children and adults today have a strong connection to.
But that’s not all animation has the power to achieve. It’s been used on a massive corporate scale to create mascots highly recognisable to almost anybody who sees them, from TV advertisements all the way to cereal box characters. If used correctly, animation can be used to create a mascot in an infinitely creative manner that can be used by businesses and loved by people for lifetimes.
As a 3D animation producer myself, I have used animation to create both entertainment, with projects such as our upcoming short film Puny Humans, based on the classic look of a 1950s Alien movie picture, to corporate character design that completely excels your business’ identity.

With a power like this, we would be greatly missing out if we did not utilise the possibilities we hold in our hands to make the world a better and more enjoyable place to live. If you’ve ever looked at the shirt in your wardrobe and wished it was a different colour or looked out the window and prayed that the sun was a little brighter today, then look no further than animation, for with its gifts we can make anything our heart desires.
In short, animation is our greatest power in unlocking the potential of our own imagination, to bring families together, to make the world a better and brighter place and the best thing is, anyone can do it, and we can’t wait to see what you create.
